Mr Nucera has stressed how important is having stable, lean and replicable processes because this is so crucial for offering a quality product according to the agreed timetable throughout the components supply. Even if the protocol were in force by 10 years, at the present many suppliers are already not exactly aligned with it and they are not totally able to grant the quality standard required by WCM.
