The check method by magnetic particles is one of most consolidated methods in the field of the not destructive checks. This method consists in the formation of magnetic fluxes that, through suitable devices, are brought inside the component to be checked, this component takes on the function of the penetrating element. In this condition dredging the surface of the component under exam with a metal oxide powder (Magnetic particles), composed by particles with defined colour, form and dimension, we will have a localized concentration of particles on the profile of discontinuity, they shall be visible by Wood lamp.
