MARIANI is a leading company in precision mechanics in Italy. The type of materials machined goes from non-ferrous alloys to various types of cast iron and steel. The presence of Punto Netto in the factory was requested to perform an inspection operation of over 62 thousand screws produced - model M6x25 - to determinate any non-compliance.
Moving the range of action towards Lombardy, Punto Netto, with over 50 highly qualified and constantly trained employees, who represent the main added value of the company, has also intervened in the MTA plant in Codogno in the province of Lodi.
The contract to the Irpinia company has been entrusted by Agrati FSP, a leading multinational in systems and fastening components for the automotive engineering sector, which, thanks to a fruitful collaboration relationship rooted over the years, has entrusted Punto Netto with the sorting inspection of 7536 components.
In this case, the MTA has chosen for a call assessment of any components produced, having appreciated the procedures implemented by Punto Netto ranging from data collecting, to administrative management, to the operational phase.
Punto Netto therefore goes in the Codogno plant as a privileged partner with the task of performing quality inspections, technical assistance and non-destructive testing on production over the long term to avoid any non-conformities that may occur.
